Dear Reader,

Eight years ago I was a middle-aged mess. From head to hips to heels I was in need of help! Then the right person showed-up and this “mess” teamed with this mechanic to bring me to where I write you now.

For the first five years together, Dr Dave and I persevered to realign and regenerate a skeletal system that had not had proper care during my family nurturing years. During the past three years we have been fine tuning while maintaining a body that has responded significantly to chiropractic care due to dedication to the process.

Now I have a check-up every 1-2 weeks and am recharge to go. Go as in running in 5K, 10K, and half-marathons! And the cake’s icing – my kids are running and receiving chiro care, and many friends have taken to get their bodies into the ‘shop’ for repairs and alignment.

It has been my great pleasure to be a patient of Ballenger Chiropractic for the past 5 years.
